Here is a great daily affirmation that will assist you in your weight loss/getting in shape process.

How does this work? Every time you eat your metabolism gets a good boost up the rear & by having a small snack before your main meals takes the edge off your hunger and stops you from overeating.
You also can get into the healthy habit too. So I suggest you start the day off with a glass of room temp water with a squeeze of lemon. Drink adequate amounts of filtered water for your weight throughout the day.
